Simone Development is seeking a seasoned Property Manager to maximize portfolio value and tenant satisfaction across NYC Class A assets. You will oversee operations, budgeting, CAM, and capital improvements while maintaining strong relationships with tenants, brokers and vendors.

In this role you will coordinate build-outs, ensure code compliance, review contracts, manage invoicing and rent collection, and report on variances to the SVP Property Management.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of Building Operations/Management experience in a New York City Class A Office Building.
• Experience with Payscan, Yardi, Construction Manager and Facility Manager.
• Excellent MS Excel skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of NYC local building codes.
• Understanding of accounting procedures and financial reports.
