Job summary

Housing Trust Group (HTG) is seeking a Property Manager in Florida to oversee all aspects of property management, including maintenance, budget planning, collections, and tenant relations for assigned properties.

This is a full-time, salaried position requiring 5+ years of tax credit property management experience, knowledge of applicable laws, and strong leadership to supervise staff and manage operating expenses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of tax credit property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple properties consistently and meet standards.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal property laws and tenant rights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of property management for assigned properties.
• Conduct QA inspections and supervise maintenance and repairs.
• Manage operations, 24/7 emergency response, and tenant relations.
• Administer collections, rent processing, and delinquencies.
• Prepare budgets, analyze variances, and control operating expenses.
• Hire, train, and supervise site staff; implement safety programs.
