Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned multifamily property, lead the on-site team, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies. The role focuses on achieving occupancy and revenue goals while maintaining service quality.

The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of property management experience, a preferred bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage property budget inputs and analyze financial statements.
• Set rent rates, collect rents, and review monthly financial reports.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor relationships and insurance certificates.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget.
• Oversee leasing and renewal processes and enforce lease terms.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction and address service issues promptly.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure safety and cleanliness standards.
• Supervise staff, hire, train, and manage performance.
