Job summary

You will coordinate with regional leaders, manage budgets, and drive occupancy and NOI improvements in a community-focused setting.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting expertise, and proficiency in Yardi and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Must be familiar with housing management, budgeting and housing regulations (HUD/LIHTC)
• Strong organizational and management skills, team-oriented
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Yardi proficiency preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manages financial operations of the site following rules and guidelines.
• Develops and oversees site management programs, plans and contracts.
• Prepares annual operating budget and monitors adherence.
• Supports capital planning and 10-year capital needs studies.
• Ensures agency regulation compliance and documentation deadlines.
• Prepares reports on metrics, occupancy, and expenses.
• Monitors rent collection and turnover; oversees leasing processes.
• Oversees staff hiring, performance appraisals and development.
