Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the property staff
• Manage the community’s revenue and expenses to ensure the budget and financial guidelines are met
• Maintain accurate resident records and handle rent postings and AP functions
• Follows all policies and procedures for compliance with staff and residents
• Complete building inspections and take appropriate action to meet standards
• Follow up on service requests with maintenance and ensure requests are completed
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing concerns and aiding resolution
• Perform required reporting and administrative tasks with attention to detail
