CP Group in Boca Raton, FL seeks a Senior Property Manager to lead the management of a premier mixed‑use property. You will deliver top‑tier tenant service, supervise building operations, and maintain CP Group standards across the portfolio.

The role emphasizes rent collection, lease administration, and collaboration with engineers and maintenance teams to uphold property quality and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of property management experience (Class A Office preferred).
• Strong customer service focus with ability to manage tenants and vendors.
• Experience with AIA contracts, RFIs, change orders, and bid processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead tenant relations and ensure high level of customer service.
• Oversee rent collection and lease administration with timely follow-up on delinquencies.
• Perform regular property inspections and maintain CP Group standards.
• Coordinate move-ins, renewals, expansions, and contractions with tenants.
• Develop and monitor preventive maintenance programs and emergency procedures.
• Prepare annual operating budgets and assist with capital planning.
• Oversee bids, vendor management, and contract administration.
• Report on budget vs. actuals and manage accounts receivable.
