Job summary

Collaborative Real Estate (CRE) is seeking a Senior Property Manager in Pittsburgh to oversee the operational and financial performance of commercial office properties, including third-party managed assets. You will apply independent judgment within policy and budget, aiming to maximize ROI on investment-grade assets.

You will manage day-to-day operations, vendor relationships, tenant leases, and financial reporting, collaborating with internal teams to ensure space readiness and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field from an accredited institution (required).
• 5–7 years of demonstrated experience in commercial property or facilities management (required).
• Strong budgeting and financial analysis skills; experience with lease administration is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management abilities with tenants and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day building and grounds operations and annual operating budgets.
• Manage third-party vendor and contractor relationships, including selection and negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong tenant relationships and respond to service requests and issues.
• Administer tenant leases, manage rent collections, and control payables.
• Produce financial and statistical reporting using corporate accounting systems; manage risk and safety programs.
• Collaborate with Leasing, Development, and internal teams on space readiness and due-diligence activities.
