Job Title

Senior Property Manager (CRE)

Job Description Summary

Responsible for managing the Property Management staff, overseeing a significant portfolio of properties, and serving as a point person for third-party relationships.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  1. Direct, coordinate, and exercise responsibility for property management operations.
  2. Develop and interpret policies and strategies for property management, ensuring effective information flow.
  3. Lead and motivate Property Management staff, fostering career development.
  4. Monitor budget variances and oversee recovery processes.
  5. Manage billing, including invoice payments and fund disbursements.
  6. Oversee cash flow and requirements in collaboration with the Property Manager.
  7. Prepare reports, annual budgets, and other documentation for owners as per management agreements.
  8. Support the collection of management fees and reimbursements.
  9. Maintain communication with third-party owners, ensuring compliance and timely reporting.
  10. Resolve tenant issues to ensure satisfaction.
  11. Conduct regular property inspections with staff.
  12. Oversee construction projects, including contract and invoice approvals.
  13. Ensure compliance with policies, codes, regulations, and governmental directives.

Education and Experience

Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • Experience analyzing and negotiating leases and contracts

Work Environment

Professional office setting with travel between properties in varying weather conditions.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $114,750 - $135,000. Benefits include health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off, among others. Compensation depends on experience, location, and other factors.
