Qualifications

• 7–10 years of commercial property management experience.
• Proven ability to build and manage tenant relationships and communicate with ownership and senior stakeholders.
• Strong project management and lease expertise, with regulatory compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for the entire property, overseeing maintenance, engineering, and building systems.
• Coordinate engineering/maintenance teams to monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life-safety, elevators, and energy systems.
• Conduct regular property inspections and timely resolve maintenance, safety, and appearance issues.
• Serve as the senior day-to-day contact for tenants, ownership, and stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with Maryland state agencies on permitting, code compliance, and inspections.
• Oversee capital improvements, budgeting, contractor management, and vendor negotiations.
• Prepare financial reports, track expenditures, and ensure accurate lease billings.
