BG Staffing, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee operations, financial performance, and growth of a 500,000-square-foot Class A office portfolio in Sandy Springs, GA, with a growing retail footprint.

You will lead property operations, budgeting, tenant relations, lease administration, and capital projects, collaborating with ownership and senior leadership to drive asset value and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of commercial property management experience.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing Class A office and retail properties.
• Strong budgeting, financial analysis, and Opex management.
• Experience overseeing construction and capital projects.
• Solid knowledge of leases, lease administration, and operating expenses.
• Proactive, independent thinker with strong problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and performance of office and retail properties.
• Directly manage a 500,000-square-foot Class A office building and expanding retail portfolio.
• Maintain high standards for safety, maintenance, and service delivery.
• Coordinate tenant events, broker events, and amenity programming to enhance tenant engagement.
• Lead capital projects, tenant improvements, and contractor coordination.
• Develop scalable processes, reporting standards, and operation procedures.
• Mentor and develop property management and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with leases, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare budgets, monitor variances, and report financial performance.
• Collaborate with owners and cross-functional teams to drive asset value.
