Are you an experienced Property Manager with deep operational knowledge of leasing, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations? Mercor is partnering with top-tier AI research labs to develop cutting-edge AI models—and we’re looking for your expertise.

In this fully remote, flexible role, you’ll contribute your real-world experience to help train and evaluate advanced AI systems by crafting realistic property management scenarios, designing workflows, and guiding AI understanding of industry practices.

What We’re Looking For:

We're seeking skilled Property Management professionals with:

• 4+ years of full-time experience managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties
• Hands-on experience with leasing, rent collection, vendor coordination, maintenance issues, inspections, and tenant communication
• A proven track record overseeing property performance, compliance, budgeting, and reporting, often in collaboration with owners or asset managers
• Familiarity with property management software and tools such as Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium, or RealPage

What You’ll Do:

• Create realistic scenarios such as managing a maintenance emergency, handling a lease renewal, preparing monthly financials, or responding to tenant complaints
• Design prompts that simulate core workflows like rent roll reviews, vacancy tracking, budget forecasting, or vendor onboarding
• Help AI researchers understand industry terminology, leasing documents, maintenance processes, and operational reporting
• Review and improve AI-generated outputs for accuracy, professionalism, and relevance to real-world property management tasks
