Job summary

Faropoint is seeking a Senior Property Manager to cover the Florida Region, leveraging 5–10 years of industrial/commercial property management experience and an interest in real estate private equity. You will oversee industrial assets from a PM perspective, coordinate leasing priorities, budgeting, monthly/quarterly investor reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration with asset and property management teams.

Travel 10–15% is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage industrial assets from a property management perspective, including tenant support, reports, and tenancy relations.
• Coordinate leasing priorities with Property Management and Asset Management teams.
• Schedule and oversee routine maintenance; coordinate technicians and bids.
• Prepare and code PM/AM invoices; assist in AR/AP processes.
• Assist in lease administration, tenant contacts, insurance tracking, collections, and inspections.
• Contribute to market analyses, comparables, and negotiations in leasing.
• Lead transaction analyses and due diligence for acquisitions and onboarding properties.
• Assist with appraisals and budgets, including rents, cash flows, and capital projects.
• Support monthly/quarterly investor reporting.

Job Summary

The Faropoint Investments Team is expanding, and we are looking for an ambitious and motivated Senior Property Manager to cover our Florida Region. The ideal candidate would have minimum 5-10 years of Property Management experience, looking to expand their knowledge and experience to Real Estate Private Equity.

Responsibilities

• Manage industrial assets from a property management perspective. This may include: tenant support, written reports, updating tech platforms, record keeping, and tenant relations.
• Partner cross-functionally with Property Management and Asset Management teams to align on leasing priorities, capital projects, and portfolio performance objectives.
• Maintain properties by scheduling ongoing routine maintenance. Coordinate maintenance technicians and construction management schedules. Prepare and coordinate bid proposals, service contracts, and invoices. Assist in scheduling tenants’ maintenance requests.
• Prepare and code invoices for PM/AM approval. Manage and assist in accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Assist in lease administration such as maintaining tenant contacts, tracking insurance, collections, and tracking property inspections.
• Assist in the leasing process, including market analysis, comparative analysis, and negotiations.
• Lead workflows conducting transaction analysis and due diligence for new acquisitions and onboarding new properties.
• Assist on all aspects of industrial real estate appraisals and operational budgets, including rental rates, discounted cash flows, and capital work.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting to investors.

Required Qualifications

• Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Property Manager in the industrial/commercial real estate industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Real Estate or related field.
• Proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Office including advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to give and take direction and to interface with decision makers in a professional manner while maintaining confidentiality.
• High learning agility with an ability to manage multiple priorities while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Self-starter who independently drives projects to completion by self-sourcing information and leveraging all available resources.
• Willingness to travel 10-15% of the time
• Knowledge of finance concepts including an understanding of financial statements.
• Personal and professional integrity of the highest order required.
