Job summary

Faropoint is expanding its Atlanta investments team and seeks a proactive Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of industrial assets. You will assist with transaction analysis, due diligence, and lease administration while coordinating maintenance and vendor management.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in industrial/commercial property management, a related Bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel/Office skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of the Atlanta market.

• High learning agility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Self-starter who drives projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transaction analysis and due diligence for acquisitions and onboarding new properties.
• Schedule and manage routine property maintenance and occupancy rules enforcement.
• Develop analytical tools to understand portfolio status and streamline processes; assist lease administration.
• Coordinate maintenance and construction schedules; prepare bid proposals, service contracts, and invoices; schedule tenants’ maintenance requests.
• Prepare and code invoices for PM/AM approval; manage accounts receivable and payable.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly investor reporting.

Job Summary

The Faropoint Investments Team is expanding, and we are looking for an ambitious and motivated Property Manager to join our Atlanta office. The ideal candidate would have 2-5 years of Property Management experience, looking to expand their knowledge of Real Estate Private Equity.

Responsibilities

• Assist with conducting transaction analysis and due diligence workflows for new acquisitions and onboarding new properties.
• Maintain properties by scheduling ongoing routine maintenance and enforcing rules of occupancy.
• Develop analytical tools to allow leadership to better understand the state of the portfolio and streamline work processes. Assist in lease administration such as maintaining tenant contacts, tracking insurance, and tracking property inspections.
• Coordinate maintenance technicians and construction management schedules. Prepare and coordinate bid proposals, service contracts, and invoices. Assist in scheduling tenants’ maintenance requests.
• Prepare and code invoices for PM/AM approval. Manage and assist in accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting to investors.

Required Qualifications

• Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience as a Property Manager in the industrial/commercial real estate industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of the Atlanta market
• Ability to give and take direction and to interface with decision makers in a professional manner while maintaining confidentiality.
• High learning agility with an ability to manage multiple priorities while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Self-starter who independently drives projects to completion by self-sourcing information and leveraging all available resources.
• Willingness to travel 10-15% of the time
• Knowledge of finance concepts including an understanding of financial statements.
• Personal and professional integrity of the highest order required.
