In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a team of Property Managers, ensuring exceptional service delivery to both residents and employees. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a strong background in property management and team leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support a team of Property Managers, ensuring high standards of performance and accountability
• Serve as the primary representative of your area, maintaining a professional and approachable presence
• Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective residents, as needed
• Oversee the move-in and move-out processes to ensure a seamless resident experience
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries via phone, email, and text
• Provide guidance and support to team members on daily operational matters
• Monitor Property Managers workload, inspections, and daily attendance
• Ensure coverage and continuity of operations during team member absences
• Collaborate with upper management to implement best practices and meet company goals
• Provide accurate reporting
• Conduct monthly employee reviews
• Train and mentor junior staff in property management best practices.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Any other duties required of you by the management team
• Qualifications:
• Minimum2+ years of experience in property management or real estate
• Minimum2+ years of experience managing a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience withAppFoliois a plus
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
• Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills
