Job description

Ironwood Real Estate is a full-service commercial real estate investment firm focused on the acquisition, development, leasing, and management of high-quality, irreplaceable assets. We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team and oversee a portfolio of commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day operations for a portfolio of commercial properties in Central Texas
2. Maintain personal contact with tenants, vendors, and clients
3. Ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations
4. Conduct property inspections and oversee maintenance
5. Manage budgets, prepare financial reports, and control expenses
6. Collaborate on strategic planning and asset performance
7. Prepare annual budgets, ownership reports, and NNN reconciliations
8. Oversee Assistant Property Manager

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience as a Senior Property Manager or Property Manager
2. Managed 500,000 SF or more of commercial space
3. 5+ years of commercial property management experience
4. Experience preparing budgets and NNN reconciliations
5. Proficiency with property management software (Yardi), Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams
6. Excellent leadership and communication skills
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities
8. Strong problem-solving skills
9. Willingness to travel by automobile
10. CPM designation or Texas real estate license is a plus
11. Experience with construction management is a plus
