Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in professional property management.
• Experience leading a property management team or operation.
• Strong understanding of residential property management operations.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold employees accountable.
• Experience managing multiple departments.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to oversee multiple priorities.
• Identify operational problems and develop practical solutions.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, performance management, and operational accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure Resident Services and Leasing departments run efficiently.
• Lead, support, and hold accountable Leasing Agents and Resident Services Coordinators.
• Ensure clear communication, coordination, and accountability between departments.
• Establish expectations, monitor performance, and address issues as needed.
• Coach and develop managers and staff to improve leadership and effectiveness.
• Identify operational challenges and implement systems and improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Oversee leasing, maintenance, and resident experience standards.
• Work with maintenance leadership to ensure work orders, turns, and vendor relationships are handled efficiently.
• Track KPIs and use data to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with company leadership to support growth and business objectives.
• Take ownership of escalated operational challenges and implement solutions.
• Foster a culture of accountability, communication, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
