Qualifications

• Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) desired.
• HVAC Certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of property maintenance experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, A/C, and appliances.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure OSHA/Hazel compliance and proper MSDS handling.
• Oversee work by assistants and coordinate make-ready tasks for new residents.
• Respond to resident service requests within 24 hours when possible.
• Maintain tools, parts inventory, and documentation for maintenance activities.
• Schedule and manage emergency maintenance coverage 24/7 as needed.
