The Senior Property Insurance Broker leads the placement of the largest and most complex property programs in the practice, serving as the primary market-facing technical authority. Beyond executing shared and layered placements across global markets, this role sets program strategy, drives direct-market relationships, mentors junior brokers and analysts, and safeguards the firm's technical quality and E&O standards. The Senior Broker is instrumental in expanding market access, elevating submission quality, and coaching property brokers and other account team members.

Salary Range
$100,000—$250,000 USD
