Job summary

Allen Marine Tours seeks a Property Management Lead based in Sitka to oversee employee housing and residential properties across the company. You will supervise property management staff, coordinate occupancy, leases, and readiness for occupancy, and work with Facilities to ensure safe, maintained properties.

You will forecast housing needs, negotiate leases, and manage off-season occupancy strategies while coordinating with Operations, HR, and port leadership.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in relevant field.
• 3–5 years in property management, housing, facilities, or related area.
• Experience supervising or leading a team.
• Experience coordinating multiple properties or remote oversight.
• Ability to read and track leases and housing documents.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Office software and maintenance systems.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements.
• Pass background and drug-testing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead property management operations across locations and ensure consistent procedures.
• Directly supervise property management staff and provide day-to-day direction.
• Oversee remote management of company housing in Ketchikan and Yakutat.
• Maintain inventories, occupancy data, and property records by location.
• Coordinate staffing, housing demand, and tenant needs with Operations and HR.
• Act as primary escalation point for property/housing issues.
• Travel as needed for seasonal readiness and property setup.
