Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a property field adjuster or similar role.
• Possess Xactimate token and proficient with writing estimates.
• Ability to conduct thorough inspections of damaged property.
• Proficient with obtaining proper photographs to document damages.
• Ability to prepare an accurate and comprehensive scope of damages.
• Pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate scopes of damages for residential dwellings and commercial buildings.
• Obtain appropriate photos during inspections to support scope of damages.
• Investigate causation of losses if directed.
• Complete Xactimate estimates if directed.
• Work under supervision to ensure appropriate information / documentation is secured per company guidelines.
