The role offers competitive pay: $60/hour for commercial claims, $50/hour for residential claims, paid drive time up to six hours round-trip at $60/hour, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• 3+ years of experience as property field adjuster or similar role.
• Ability to work independently and follow tasks.
• Active Xactimate token and proficiency writing estimates.

Responsibilities

• Inspect residential and commercial properties on loss locations.
• Document damages, capture photos, gather information for claim decisions.
• Prepare detailed scopes of damage and Xactimate estimates as directed.
• Ensure documentation meets company standards for efficient resolutions.
