You will inspect properties, document damages, take photos, and prepare detailed scopes and Xactimate estimates, working with management to ensure accurate claim resolutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a property field adjuster or similar role.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Ability to work independently and follow assigned tasks completely.
• Active Xactimate token and proficiency writing estimates.
• Ability to conduct thorough inspections of damaged property.
• Experience obtaining proper photographic documentation.
• Ability to prepare accurate and comprehensive scopes of damage.
