Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Marlborough, MA, USA, is seeking a Senior Technology Specialist to support the Technology Manager in planning, implementing, and managing software/hardware.

Focus on Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk Forma, Lucernex, and Service Channel to drive the technology roadmap and improve operations. The role combines hands-on technical work with strategic input, leading software solutions, data integrity, and end-user training across the Property Development department and other TJX

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a senior-level application management role.
• Certifications in Lucernex, AutoCAD, and Revit are a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of Autodesk products and related tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Summary

The Senior Technology Specialist will assume an advanced role in supporting the Technology Manager in the strategic planning, implementation, and management of software applications and hardware needs, with a primary focus on Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk Forma, Lucernex, and Service Channel, This senior-level position involves not only hands‑on technical expertise but also a strategic mindset to contribute to the overall technology roadmap. The Senior Specialist will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and maintenance of software/hardware solutions to enhance business operations, streamline processes, and maximize efficiency within the Property Development Department and other TJX divisions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Application Management:

• Assist in leading collaborative efforts with the Technology Manager to manage and administer Revit, AutoCAD, Forma, and Lucernex software systems.
• Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and availability of software systems through hands‑on technical expertise.
• Help drive the identification, development, and implementation of software solutions that meet business requirements.

Strategic Planning:

• Take a proactive role in the development and maintenance of a strategic roadmap for the effective use and future initiatives of Revit, AutoCAD, Forma, and Lucernex within the organization.
• Participate actively in the evaluation, selection, and recommendation of new software applications or upgrades that enhance operational efficiency within Property Development.

User Support and Training:

• Provide advanced support, guidance, and training to end-users on Revit, AutoCAD, Forma, Lucernex, and any new applications and hardware implemented.
• Collaborate with the Technology Manager in a lead capacity for troubleshooting and resolving complex software‑related issues.

Data Management:

• Lead efforts in managing data integrity and security for Revit, AutoCAD, Forma, and Lucernex applications, ensuring compliance with industry and company data standards.
• Take ownership of maintaining records of all changes and implementations as required by the company’s audit guidelines.

Vendor Relations:

• Drive efforts in cultivating relationships with software vendors, staying informed about updates, new features, and best practices.
• Collaborate directly with vendors on troubleshooting and issue resolution under the guidance of the Technology Manager.

Who We Are Looking For: You.

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture & engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a senior‑level application management role, preferably with BIM Management, Lucernex, or related real estate management software.
• Relevant certifications in Lucernex, AutoCAD, and Revit are a plus.
• In‑depth knowledge of related Autodesk products.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Advanced knowledge of software development methodologies.

This position has a starting salary range of $76,800.00 to $97,900.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
