Leoforce in Columbia, MD is seeking a Property Controller to lead the financial management of our property portfolio. You will oversee all property accounting, financial statements, GL, reconciliations, and year-end close in a fast-growing environment.

The role requires 5+ years in property accounting, a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, and strong leadership and communication skills. CPA preferred. This is a permanent on-site position with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in property accounting or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of property accounting principles and practices.
• Experience with financial software and systems; general ledger and account reconciliation.

• Leadership and team management skills with ability to mentor staff.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present complex financial information.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and manage all property accounting functions and ensure accurate financial data.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements for a portfolio of properties.
• Manage the general ledger and conduct account reconciliations.
• Coordinate year-end close with external auditors as needed.
• Monitor property financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information.
• Collaborate across departments to streamline processes and controls.
