Greystar seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of multiple communities, lead a team, and ensure financial and regulatory compliance. You will manage budgets, leasing, maintenance coordination, and owner relations while driving occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple properties and supervising staff.
• Develop and analyze budgets, monitor financial statements, and prepare reports.
• Set rents, collect fees, post payments, and review monthly financials.
• Oversee vendor invoices, insurance certificates, and chart of accounts coding.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and applicable laws.
• Lead leasing, marketing, and tenant relations to achieve occupancy goals.
• Conduct property inspections and supervise maintenance quality.
• Assist in owner relationships, tours, and performance updates.
