Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Claims Examiner - Property to analyze and process complex property claims, scope damages, and obtain estimates for review. The role requires collaboration with insureds, clients, and brokers to ensure accurate processing and timely resolution.

Ideal candidates bring five years of claims management experience, strong knowledge of property policies, and proficiency with property estimating software. A bachelor's degree is preferred and licenses as required are expected.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of claims management experience or equivalent education/experience.
• In-depth knowledge of personal and commercial line property policies, coverages, principles, and laws.
• Licenses as required; professional certification applicable to line of business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes complex commercial and personal line property claims with proper documentation and coding.
• Responsible for litigation process on litigated claims.
• Coordinates vendor management, including independent adjusters for investigations.
