Aufgaben

• Processes complex commercial and personal line property claims and ensures files are properly documented and coded.
• Responsible for litigation process on litigated claims.
• Coordinates vendor management, including use of independent adjusters.
• Reports large claims to excess carrier(s).
• Develops action plans to meet state deadlines and move files toward resolution.
• Identifies and pursues subrogation opportunities; secures and disposes of salvage.
• Communicates claim actions with insured, client, and broker when appropriate.
