Job summary

WTW in the United States, Philadelphia area, seeks a Senior Property Broker to lead major client relationships, guide placement strategy and drive revenue growth. You will serve as a senior advisor on complex property risks and coordinate with insurers and clients to secure optimal terms.

Responsibilities include orchestrating new business, renewals and policy analyses, presenting to clients, evaluating risk data, and mentoring junior brokers when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 7+ years of property/brokerage experience recommended.
• Strong client relationship management and strategic advisory capabilities.
• Proven ability to negotiate favorable terms and manage complex placements.
• Ability to mentor junior brokers and lead teams on major accounts.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate new business placement, renewals and alterations of existing coverage.
• Develop, review and deliver presentations to secure new and enhance existing relationships.
• Evaluate client risks using data analytics to support placement decisions.
• Provide coverage and program design advice; recommend improvements.
• Lead, mentor and coach brokers in training; drive team performance.
