Doña Ana County is seeking an experienced Real Property Appraiser to conduct appraisals of residential, commercial, industrial, and land properties using standard methods and computer-assisted systems. You will gather data, measure land, and verify sales information while inspecting properties countywide.

You will lead special projects, train staff, and defend appraisals at protest hearings. Strong data analysis and communication skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Three years of real estate appraisal experience required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
