Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in a related field preferred.
• Three (3) years of real estate appraisal experience (commercial, industrial, land, multi-family residential). Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform property appraisals for residential, commercial, industrial, and land properties using standard methods and computer-assisted systems.
• Collect descriptive and analytical information; input data into the system; verify database characteristics.
• Inspect properties through field visits; measure and record property dimensions; verify characteristics.
