Jobot is partnering with a well-established commercial real estate ownership and investment firm to identify a Senior Property Accountant for its accounting team. The role focuses on the financial management of a portfolio of commercial properties and interaction with senior leadership.

Qualifications

. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.

Responsabilités

Oversee all aspects of accounting for a portfolio of commercial properties and prepare accurate financial statements.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and journal entries.
Utilize Yardi property management software to manage accounting processes.
Coordinate with property managers to ensure income and expenses are recorded accurately.
Manage project accounting and construction accounting processes, including review of draw requests.
Prepare year-end audit packages and assist with the annual budget process.
Analyze financial data and prepare reports for senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and controls.
Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
