Atrium, a regional real estate company, is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and multi-entity financial reporting. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Finance and Operations teams daily to ensure the accuracy of accounting books.
• Handle a portfolio of commercial properties.
• Execute CAM reconciliations and CAM budgeting.
• Monitor all accounts and analyze related performance to support decision-making.
• Manage accounting processes and prepare and approve quarterly financial reports, compliance, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
• Research and propose accounting guidance to facilitate discussions and conclusions with team members.
• Prepare analyses or responses to address requests from vendors, locations, and partners.
• Participate in special projects as needed.

Salary/Hourly Rate

$80k - $85k

Position Overview

The Senior Property Accountant will play a key role in managing the day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting for multiple entities. This position involves close collaboration with investment and operations teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP and financial reporting.
