What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead month end close process for assigned properties
• Verify and post journal entries to general ledger accounts
• Perform analysis of balance sheet accounts and prepare account reconciliations
• Prepare budgets for assigned territories
• Detail processing for accounts payable invoices and expense reports
• Improve vendor relationships and manage contracts while searching for expense improvements
• Complete ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed
