The Opportunity

As the Senior Property Accountant you will lead full-cycle property accounting, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support operational including lease administration, CAM reconciliations, construction draws, capital project tracking, and cash flow reporting.

• Manage all day-to-day property accounting, including GL, journal entries, accruals, and monthly close
• Implement policies and procedures
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports and variance analysis
• Oversee lease setup, rent schedules, and tenant billing
• Lead CAM reconciliations, straight-line rent schedules, and recovery analysis
• Prepare monthly construction draws and coordinate lender submissions
• Track tenant improvements, capital projects, leasing commissions, and amortization schedules
• Support annual budgets, reforecasts, cash flow projections, and operational planning
• Develop process improvements, checklists, and streamline workflows
• Partner with property management on ad-hoc financial and operational projects
