• Intermediate Excel skills with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs.
• Attention to detail and strong ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations and asset management to resolve discrepancies.
• Support audit readiness and maintain strong financial controls.

What You'll Do

Manage full-cycle month-end close for an assigned commercial real estate portfolio

Review general ledger activity and perform variance analysis

Ensure financial statements are accurate, complete, and delivered on time

Partner with operations and asset management teams to resolve accounting discrepancies

Support audit readiness and maintain strong financial controls

What We're Looking For

3+ years of property accounting experience (commercial real estate preferred)
