This role offers the opportunity to manage financial accounting functions for a portfolio of single-tenant industrial properties directly for the ownership group.
Perform bank account reconciliations and initiate transfers/wires for payments.
Prepare monthly property accruals, amortization schedules, reports, and supporting schedules.
Complete year-end accruals and management fee calculations.
Review and maintain multiple general ledgers across 25+ assets.
Collaborate with property management teams on financial matters.
On-board new property assignments and certify rent rolls.
Ensure timely posting of rent payments.
Support portfolio finance teams with requests and inquiries.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
3–5+ years of experience as a Property Accountant.
Proficiency with MRI or Yardi accounting systems.
Strong knowledge of accruals, amortization, and general ledger review.
Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Real estate property management experience preferred.
