Job summary

Leoforce in Dallas is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to manage full-cycle property accounting across a multi-property portfolio.

You will produce financial reporting, collaborate with property and asset management teams, and ensure CAM reconciliations, lease accounting, and GAAP compliance. Yardi and Excel proficiency are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of property accounting experience, preferably in commercial real estate (office/retail).
• Experience managing multi-property portfolios.
• Strong Yardi experience REQUIRED.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas).
• Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles, Lease accounting & CAM reconciliations, Financial reporting and general ledger.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle property accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of Dallas-based properties.
• Partner with property and asset management teams to ensure accurate and timely financial performance.
• Support CAM reconciliations, lease accounting, and multi-property portfolio reporting.

Job Details

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5–7+ years of property accounting experience, preferably in commercial real estate (office/retail)
