Our client, a leading Private Credit Asset Manager, is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to join their expanding team responsible for internal fund accounting. The position offers a hybrid work model in downtown Chicago, along with competitive compensation, comprehensive health benefits, PTO, and retirement plans.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for assigned properties.
2. Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts.
3. Review and manage tenant ledgers, rent rolls, and lease information.
4. Collaborate with property managers to track income and expenses.
5. Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
6. Complete CAM, tax, and insurance reconciliations.
7. Assist with budgeting and financial audits.
8. Support and train junior accounting staff.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
