Responsibilities – Senior Property Accountant

• The Senior Property Accountant will prepare financial statements for retail properties
• ME/ Close, Analyze variances Actual to Budget, bank reconciliations, cash management
• Budgeting and Forecasting and common are maintenance accounting / reconciliations
• The Senior Property Accountant will perform fixed asset accounting
• Liaison with internal and external contacts
• Assist Property Managers as needed on Accounting related functions
