Senior-Level Industrial Property Accounting Specialist

Compensation: $115,000 to $120,000 base salary, with performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package, including generous paid time off and wellness programs.

Essential Qualifications
- Demonstrated mastery in industrial property accounting
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting specific to industrial properties
- High-level competence in Excel and familiarity with top-tier real estate accounting software
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is highly desirable
- Proven capacity to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team

Key Duties
- Compile and conduct thorough examinations of financial reports for industrial real estate
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledgers associated with industrial holdings
- Supervise fixed assets and administer amortization timetables for industrial facilities
- Document and track monthly income and expenditures for the industrial asset group
- Contribute to the creation of financial plans and forecasts for industrial properties
