Job Summary:
A leading property management firm is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance for a portfolio of tax credit and affordable/HUD senior housing properties. This role, which offers a competitive salary of up to $100,000 per year, ensures the accuracy of financial statements, manages month-end and year-end closing processes, and partners with internal teams to maintain strong financial health across multiple properties.
