Job summary

You will help lead / update a database of proofing guidelines for the Proofing team and collaborate with copywriters, marketing managers, and other Partners to improve readability and clarity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in proofing.

Responsibilities

• Ensures accurate and error-free print and digital advertising across various media.
• Reads and compares proof versions to copy or briefs as needed.
• Maintains relationships with marketing managers to verify ad information.
• Applies branding knowledge to ensure consistency and standards.
• Communicates revisions to partners prior to printing.
• Coordinates with outside vendors for ad changes.
• Gathers background info to define objectives for writing or proofing projects.
