Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Prompt Engineer to define and lead strategies, patterns, and tooling for LLM-based applications across the organization. You will design prompts, agent architectures, and reusable design patterns that scale across teams and use cases.

The ideal candidate will have shipped LLM-powered products and demonstrated judgment on when to apply techniques responsibly, with strong collaboration with model engineering teams.

Qualifications

• We require a degree in CS or Computational Linguistics or related field.
• Ten+ years of software engineering experience with LLM-based apps.
• Proven track record shipping LLM-powered products to production.
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with modern app frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define org-wide standards and reference architectures for LLM apps.
• Design prompt structures and retrieval strategies for production use cases.
• Architect agentic systems with tooling, planning, memory, and reasoning.
• Lead retrieval-augmented generation pipelines and eval frameworks.
• Build internal tooling to accelerate LLM app development.
