Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a LLM Prompt Specialist to define and lead the strategy, patterns, and tooling for prompts, agentic workflows, and LLM-based architectures. The role blends hands-on mastery of modern LLMs with building reusable design patterns and developer tooling for scale across teams.

The ideal candidate ships LLM-powered products, demonstrates strong judgment on when to apply different LLM techniques responsibly, and mentors engineers to shape technical direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, computational linguistics, or related field.
• 6+ years of software engineering with LLM-based applications.
• Experience shipping LLM-powered products to production.
• Deep familiarity with modern LLM APIs and agent frameworks.
• Strong Python skills with modern application frameworks.
• Understanding of retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, and vector DBs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the strategy, patterns, and tooling for designing prompts, agentic workflows, and LLM-based architectures across the organization.
• Create reusable design patterns and developer tooling to scale LLM efforts across teams.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deploy safe, compliant LLM solutions.
