Job summary

BOLD is seeking a Senior Prompt Designer II to define the overarching prompt architecture strategy, governance, and scaling frameworks for its consumer-facing career tools. This senior leadership role requires deep expertise in prompt systems design, model behavior, and cross-functional enablement.

You will build the system others work within, establishing frameworks, governance, and quality standards to ensure AI-generated content is consistent, human-sounding, and maintainable at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of AI/ML or software product experience.
• 4-5 years in prompt design or LLM product development.
• Mastery of RAG, multi-agent, chain-of-thought paradigms.
• Hands-on with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and related models.
• Experience designing LLM evaluation pipelines and versioning workflows.
• Strong ability to influence cross-functional roadmaps and mentor designers.
• Focus on natural, non-repetitive, AI-sounding outputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end prompt framework design and governance.
• Design complex prompt systems for resume builder flows across product lines.
• Align prompt strategy with model selection, cost reduction, and roadmaps.
• Architect evaluation guardrails to benchmark outputs and minimize hallucination.
• Translate cross-functional requirements into production‑grade implementations.
• Spearhead R&D into emerging AI paradigms and adoption decisions.
• Mentor the prompt management team and document standards.
