Job summary

Day & Zimmermann is seeking a Sr. Scheduler, Projects to join the onsite team in Baxley, GA. The role focuses on creating and maintaining maintenance schedules with minimal supervision, and may provide guidance to less experienced schedulers.

The Sr. Scheduler will collaborate with Engineering, Construction, and Operations to develop detailed schedules, analyze progress, and integrate multiple schedules into a Master Program Schedule. Strong nuclear scheduling experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a scheduler at a Nuclear site.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
• Critical thinking and independent problem solving.
• Strong organizational skills with focus on end results.
• Thorough understanding of Primavera and Microsoft scheduling software.
• Basic knowledge of industry scheduling terminology.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance for site Scheduling personnel.
• Develop detailed schedules with Engineering, Construction, and Operational teams.
• Assist with analyzing and auditing scheduling.
• Develop/modify project schedules and Master Program Schedule integration.
• Support proposal scheduling and Project Teams as required.
