Job summary

Day & Zimmermann is seeking a Sr. Scheduler, Projects to join our onsite team in Baxley, GA. You will create and maintain detailed schedules, coordinating with Engineering, Construction, and Operations to keep work on track and aligned with project milestones.

The ideal candidate has nuclear scheduling experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to audit schedules and resolve conflicts. Proficiency in Primavera and Microsoft scheduling software is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a scheduler at a Nuclear site.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Ability to independently solve problems with strong critical thinking.
• Strong organizational skills and goal-oriented.
• Thorough understanding of Primavera and Microsoft scheduling software.
• Basic knowledge of scheduling terminology.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance for site Scheduling personnel.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Construction, and Operations to develop detailed schedules.
• Assist with analyzing and auditing scheduling.
• Develop or modify project schedules and integrate multiple schedules into a Master Program Schedule.
• Support proposal scheduling and Project Teams as required.
