The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction, procurement, and project development, especially in the renewable energy sector. The role includes negotiating agreements and managing operations for high-profile projects.

Qualifications

• 4 to 10+ years of experience as a projects development lawyer.
• Experience with renewable energy projects preferred.
• Strong academic credentials.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate engineering, procurement, and construction agreements.
• Draft equipment procurement agreements, including PV, BESS, or turbine procurement.
• Manage operations and maintenance agreements.
• Collaborate on long-term services and other development agreements.
