Essential Job Functions

• Create alignment with cross-functional client departments including Validation, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
• Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for clients managing the engineering lifecycle of advanced equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Perform due diligence on systems and subject domains to produce high-quality project deliverables.
• Author technical documents such as SOPs, requirements specifications, testing protocols, and summary reports.
• Execute system and process validation protocols following GxP best practices.
• Identify and escalate roadblocks proactively, applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills to develop creative solutions.
• Contribute to our Patient Focused and People First mission through professional development and philanthropic activities.
• Build meaningful relationships internally and externally, presenting Project Farma as a trusted service provider to clients.

Qualifications

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related field, or comparable military experience.

Other Requirements:

• Covid vaccine required prior to start, with accommodations for medical or religious reasons.
• Full-time on-site presence at client locations.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% or as needed for projects.
