A leading technology company seeks a Validation Principal Engineer to drive test strategy and validation processes. This critical role involves collaboration with both internal teams and external vendors to ensure product reliability. Ideal candidates will have robust experience in hardware/software systems and a bachelor's degree in engineering.

We’re a team of expert engineers responsible for the development of all test cases and test tools to ensure the functionality and compatibility of our products. We’re involved in the whole testing process from preparing test and diagnostic programs to recommending changes in testing equipment procedures and designing new testing equipment.

What you’ll achieve
As a Validation Principal Engineer, you will be responsible to Focuses on activities in Define, Plan, Implement, Launch, and Sustain Phases. Drive test strategy implementation, issue analysis, DOE (Design Of Experiment), and validation technical investigations and training. You will partner with a test team during test execution and report results to development engineers and leadership. You will also create test plans that include resource requirements based on inputs from Development and Marketing. Finally, you will work with external validation partners to develop comprehensive test plans and test coverage across multiple test organizations.
